About Jeanne & Hue

Thank you for taking the time to review our submission. We always have such a great time mingling with customers and other vendors. It’s always great to see so much talent and how supportive everyone is within the “crafty” community. We would love to be part of that this year.
We are two ladies who love to craft, particularly working with a paper medium. All of our products are handmade from start to finish. From the cutting of the paper in the greeting cards to the binding of the memory books, all materials used will touch our hands. We know it sounds very cliche, but we really love what we do. During this event, we will be featuring a range of stationery, paper goods, decorative elements, and gift items.
Our main focus will always be paper goods, but every year we introduce a small amount of new items. This year, we have hand painted rocks and crocheted cat toys with some catnip in it.
We will continue to have shadow boxes with inspirational quotes, shadow box ornaments, pop-up cards, cards that fold out to reveal a small calendar and cards with objects created by using the quilling technique. The watercolor look continues to be popular so we have cards that are hand-painted. We will also have individual greeting cards designed with charming details. Some of these designs include a miniature knitted sweater (some made to resemble a Seahawk’s jersey), simple cut out shapes constructed to form people or animals (i.e. the cute little Asian girls), and detailing with a touch of sparkle. We will also be selling sets of note cards, 6 to a set. There is also a snowman that folds up neatly in a square envelope, but once taken out, will stand about 12 inches. Pins and magnets have been popular so we will continue to have those items. Our blank mini notebooks have been great stocking stuffers. Lastly, we will also have memory books for those photos that so desperately need a home.

We do what works, so we carry the same designs our customers want. However, every year we always introduce new designs and products for those design enthusiasts. We have a very strong focus on using recycled or recyclable materials. There are many materials we use that are scraps from another project or have been rescued from seeing the inside of a garbage bag. Packaging is kept to a minimum or some packaging is also recycled. We understand we have an environmental responsibility when working on our creations, and try as best as we can to minimize that impact.
Our prices haven’t changed much over the past few years and range from $1.50 for pins and magnets (for the kiddies), $2.00-$4.50 for an individual greeting card, small journals will be $4.00, a set of 6 notecards are $6.00, $8-$15 for a shadow box (depending on design). Most items will be averaging $10.00 or less. While our prices are very affordable, be assured our quality is of a very high standard. With these prices, we are hoping there will be something for everyone. Our customers usually walk away with a lot of stocking stuffers and little gifts, or they simply stock up for the year.
Thank you again for your time and consideration!
Sincerely,
Jeanne Eng and Hue Tan
